Cancellation Policy

Your Responsibility: - When booking a service, product or appointment, payment is requested online at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Paypal, card, apple or google pay. No refunds will be made for any reason, including missed appointments, where the full cost of the service booked will be deemed as your cancellation fee. - For services in your home or business, you must provide full address details and contact information so that an invoice/ payment request can be sent to you for provision of the services/event prior to the event taking place. Full payment is required least 48 hours in advance of provision of the services by bank transfer or PayPal or the event/appointment will be cancelled. No refunds will be provided for any reason, without prior agreement, including missed appointments. - Please ensure that there are adequate tables and chairs available. For private readings and healing events please also ensure that the space provided is private and that there is access to electrical sockets, accessible parking and toilets. - For Reiki Employer Plan visits, you are responsible for booking in the 30 or 60 minute appointments for employee's. Time and names are required. Our responsibilities: - full insurance for provision of the services - provision of fully qualified professional tarot card readers, mediums and healers - provision of equipment necessary to provide the services. - provision of invoice/request for payment with remittance details - confirmation of date and time of booking and full details of therapists - provision of booking form, therapy information and restrictions
